The MC20 is Maserati’s first supercar since their iconic MC12 went out of production 15 years ago. The MC20, MC stands for Maserati Corse, Core being Italian for Racing, and 20 for the year 2020, is 100% ‘Made in Modena’ and 100% ‘Made in Italy’ according to Maserati. The production launch is scheduled for the end of 2020.
Aston Martin is celebrating the upcoming November release of the 25th James Bond film, No Time To Die, with two 007 special editions inspired by the cars featured in the film. Four classic, current and future Aston Martin’s appear in the film including a DB5, V8, DBS Superleggera and their upcoming mid engine hypercar, the Valhalla. Ford is building just 40 Ford GT Heritage Editions which are inspired by the 1966 Daytona 24 Hour Continental winning Ford GT40 Mk II’s driven by Ken Miles and Lloyd Ruby. The GT40 MK II race cars swept the podiums in 1996 at Daytona, Sebring and Le Mans, all of which was brought back to life in the 2019 feature film “Ford V. Ferrari”.
