Mercedes-AMG wants to bring Formula 1 technology and performance to the road with the lease of the Project ONE at the International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt, Germany. Mercedes-AMG aims to bring the very latest, efficient, fully-fledged Formula 1 hybrid technology from the race track to the road. This high-performance hybrid is said to produce over 1,000 hp and reach a top speed of more than 350 km/h. The show car combines race track performance and day-to-day suitable Formula 1 hybrid technology, a world first.

Gary Paffett, driving the Mercedes-AMG C 63 DTM, finished second and put Mercedes-AMG Motorsport on the podium for their 400th DTM/ITC race. The second place result brings the total to 522 podium finishes for Mercedes-AMG Motorsport in the DTM/ITC. This race, marking a special milestone, in front of 79,500 spectators over the weekend and was a good accomplishment with a safety car period, changeable weather conditions and plenty of scraps for position.

With an output of 557 hp and peak torque of 502 lb-ft, the AMG GT C is the most powerful new Roadster variant and uses some of the technical refinements of the AMG GT R.
